"So Tuesday my sister in law made an appointment for two full sets and a fill in. The older lady lied about the prices over the phone. She fought and argued and refused to listen the whole time. Two nails of mine broke off not even 24 hrs of getting my nails done when I went to get them fixed she said I needed a receipt or I had to pay to get them fixed. Mind you we paid in cash so we were never given one. She said I had to make appointment. I was 5 to 10 minutes late waiting on my nephew to get off the bus. By the time I got there every seat was filled with someone and there were a couple of people waiting she had an attitude and made me reschedule. I did I was on time. She expected me to take off the rest of the acrylic that was applied two days prior to by myself. She argued had an attitude would not listen when we were trying to explain to her my color. She skipped a couple of steps doing my repairs. The lady also made a comment saying “I have an appointment right now she is on her way” . She rushed my nails did the wrong shape one coat of the gel nail polish and top coat. After she said she would fix them for free and gave absolutely terrible customer service she said I had to pay $5. Yes it was only $5 and I would have paid it if she did the right shape color and gave good customer service but when I told her this isn’t even the same shape she is going to reply I do nails how I want to. That is not what I paid for in the beginning and I am definitely not paying for that now.. while scratching my leg after my first two repairs another two broke… I do not at all recommend this nail salon at all"
