"I have been coming here for about a year now and thought I found my forever salon but after the way I was treated on Friday I won't be returning. First of all, this is not the first time I have asked for a design on nails and have been told that they can't do it. That is very frustrating but I can look past it. The issue this time was that the nail tech I was working with after asking me to choose another design then mentioned the design in her language to the rest of the workers to which they all laughed. This is after I told her not to worry about it. I was incredibly embarrassed. I know we are often spoken about as patrons of nail salons (this is common knowledge and we are not stupid), but to do it in that way in front of the whole salon was incredibly unprofessional. There are plenty of other places in the area to go that respect their clientele and are capable of doing different designs. For reference the first picture is what I wanted and the second picture is what I got (that another tech had to end up doing). I won't be returning."
