"My bill was sent straight to collections after insurance left a remaining balance owed. I never received any bill in the mail. I made two attempts to reach out to the office to resolve this but was unable to get through to anybody outside of a call center. The collections agency gave me a phone number I could reach the office at. I was able to get an individual on the phone who was very rude to me and unhelpful. I will NEVER use this company again and I would encourage anybody who is considering using this company to look elsewhere."
"Absolute shady company. Surprise billed my insurance as out of network (which is illegal in NC). When I disputed this Neb Doctors said they would resolve this with my insurance company, and would absolutely not escalate this any further before contacting me. Well, guess who just got a call from a debt collection agency? My credit is stellar, so I’m going to end up paying them so that it isn’t reported to the bureaus, but man, AVOID this company and their scammy practices at all costs."
"Scammers! I paid over $300 out of pocket after insurance. This was shown online after entering my insurance policy information and after review by their team via written communication. I then receive a bill OVER ONE YEAR LATER for another $200. Turns out Neb Doctors claims to accept all these insurance providers but they're NOT actually in-network for any of these insurance companies. "Your cost" is based on the chance that they can sneak the claim past your insurer."
