Additionally, the facility can be rented for corporate and private functions, with a kitchen available for use. Managed by the Thalian Association Community Theatre, the facility is overseen by a volunteer Advisory Board appointed by the City Council. Parking is conveniently located next to the building for patrons. The center also offers language workshops, youth classes, and a Youth Season for 2023-2024. The Thalian Association Community Theatre, a nonprofit organization founded in 1788, provides arts education and performing arts excitement in Wilmington, with offices and auditions held at the Community Arts Center.
