"The band was freaking awesome. Widespread Panic!! The beer was plentiful but it should be illegal to charge 17 dollars for a beer and over 20 for a mixed drink! The police were nice to me but there were wayyy to many. Widespread Panic fans are GOOD PEOPLE! Why would you waste so much tax payers money for them to be there? All in all I had a great time still. Prices for seating near stage were also ridiculously overpriced. Poor people deserve front and center just as much as those who "made it""

"Went to go see Masters of the Mic and it was great. First, my friend & I walked down the wrong street and were not at correct entrance. But instead of making us walk all the way around, the extremely kind door people let us enter there. I'm SO grateful. We had a wonderful time. It was super hot but what can you do, it's outside. The seats are really close, I had at least 300lb guy beside me and it was terrible. The performers put on a great show and all the people working at the Pavillion were very nice."

"Beautiful venue, excellent location, but the amphitheater is too big not to have big screens. So l did not enjoy my lawn seats. I do live in Raleigh so l am comparing to Walnut Creek which is great. Love the food truck food area. The LARGE alcohol availability, lines were never too long. The cooling station is a nice touch. But at the end of the day im here to SEE the performers and it was difficult to do without screens."

"Not a fan of this venue, the sound tent is directly in the center of the stage blocking a good portion of the stage so your view is limited, there's hardly no incline so if you are on the shorter side your most likely not going to have a view at all. There's barely any breeze and while I was there the medics was overwhelmed with people passing out from the heat. On the positive side We did see Slightly Stoopid, Sublime with Rome, The Movement and Atmosphere. I will be sticking with GFLA."

"I love the ambiance and location of the Amphitheater. It's only been in operation about a year so they are learning and updating based on needs of the guests. They recently added on a closer VIP section on the left side that makes the price worth it. They have quick service at the bars and good food options. There's always a nice breeze and great shows. Expect to pay a premium for parking or plan to walk from further away. They instated a fast pass which I love to get you in the show quickly."
