"I wish I could give this dental clinic no stars at all. They never answer the phones so you have no way of making appointments. I've been referred twice for a wisdom tooth removal off post but the referrals never got put through. Now its 6 months later and I can't schedule any appointments because the front desk staff is so incompetent! I don't know if I can switch my dental clinic but I hope so because this is absolutely ridiculous. This is the so called free healthcare and dental soldiers are provided."

Every visit for dental and periodontal treatment was completed on time, with care and expertise, and were extremely considerate to their patient. "I am an older soldier, and I needed significant dental work. During the screening, they noticed that I don't use any nicotine or alcohol, which makes me a prime candidate for more aggressive surgeries. They referred me to get examined at the on post residency program at Smoke Bomb Hill. There I wound up with a dental team. Dentists who were going through residency to become periodontal surgery. I got multiple crowns, implants, three tissue grafts, four gold teeth. The list of work was extensive. My commander had to sign off for it all, and there were many days I was drooling at my desk after work.... But the final value was incredible. They bought me at least a decade of keeping my teeth and really did an incredible job. By far the best dental experience I ever received. Final estimated cost was between 20k and 35k USD, tending towards the latter. I dont think I would have been eligible if I hadn't been a lifetime non smoker. The nicotine makes successful recovery far less possible, so why should they waste time fixing it if it won't heal? Either way, I remain so grateful to them for their work."

"This dental clinic is fine don't listen to the bad reviews yes it's very busy so they aren't the best with the phones but if you go in person. But I usually am able to reach them by phone as well. The appointments are usually within a week. I get 2 cleanings a year no issue and they have even done sealants to protect me from getting more cavities."

"Thursday Jan 12 2023, I've called multiple times to cancel my appointment for today and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I sat on hold until someone picked up the phone and hung it up. Tried calling back and now it says it's closed. I can't make the appointment due to my wife scheduling a baby appointment."
