"I’ve called this place at least 5 times on separate occasions. I have never had anyone pick up the phone and talk to me. It’s either on hold for long enough that the line disconnects, or they intentionally hang up on me while on hold. I have personally waited an hour minimum on each phone call and still never got in contact. But yet when I can physically go into the office, someone is sitting behind the desk and can schedule me within 10 minutes. Astounding how this place hasn’t been put on blast by IG and the post command…"
