"I was in search of a new dentist and thought I would try Falls Family Dental. I spoke to a pleasant woman over the phone at their office who scheduled an appointment for me at 8am the next day. I received a text from Falls Family Dental reminding me of my 8am appointment, the morning of my appointment. I arrive at the office and they were closed! I waited a while thinking I was possibly the 1st patient of the morning and the staff was running late, but no one showed. I texted and called the office, but no one answered. This was last week, and after leaving a voicemail and text that morning, I still have not received a call apologizing for their error. How could anyone trust their dental healthcare to a practice that is so disorganized and inconsiderate?"
