"I absolutely adore Chapel Hill Pediatrics, Dr. Silkstone is my children's primary. The last few sick visits we've seen Dr. Woodrum and Dr. Stablein,they were phenomenal. I feel heard about my concerns for my children's health. They take the time to listen and explain everything in clear terms. The receptionist are friendly, the nurses interact well with the children and parents. I'm so glad we have a Pediatric office we can trust.Thank you to all three doctors for taking care of my babies."

"Things seem to be going much better at CH Peds. The phones are being answered much faster than a few months ago and we’re able to be seen after hours whenever needed. I’m a healthcare professional myself and I rarely struggle to get my daughter scheduled at a good time. Anyway, my 21-month-old has had pretty bad white coat syndrome for a while. She cries at every appointment. Today we saw Dr. Wasserman and she didn’t cry one time! He was wearing a Mickey Mouse Hawaiian shirt and she didn’t get scared like she normally does. Great and timely visit from a physician and front desk team standpoint!"

"We've been very happy here with the doctors and nurses for several years. Unfortunately, since covid, they have not been able to adapt with their administrative processes or protocols (still no longer accepting walk ins and other normal pediatric services although we are now years into the new covid reality) and recently the phone wait times have been ridiculously long with no acknowledgement or apologies, and no possibility to enter a call back queue or leave a message. Instead, after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, the automated system hung up on me. I couldn't effectively reach anyone for appointment scheduling for an urgent care service. In addition, in the past, although they direct you to call from your car and not enter the waiting room, I have not been able to reach anyone via phone to simply check in, and then have been reprimanded for being late to my appointment when I finally just walked into the waiting room. I've had to take my children to doc in the box services in lieu of what is supposedly their medical home. I implore the practice to take effective action regarding their administrative issues, as we love the practice otherwise."

"Hands down - the best I've experienced. My family moved to NC last summer so we were in need of a pediatrician for my young boys. Many people told us about Chapel Hill Pediatrics. We are so glad we listened! From the admin, to the nurses, to the doctors, every single interaction we have had has been wonderful. Each person smiles, greets you warmly, and genuinely interacts with you. I really want to mention Dr. Wasserman. On my most recent visit with my son, Dr. Wasserman called me personally to make sure I was aware that the appointment was at a different office than where we usually meet. I mean, what doctor does that? He is engaging, so good with my kids, and easy to talk to. We've never had to wait long in the room, he has always been very prompt. We never feel rushed, he always takes time to ask and answer questions, and my kids really like him. This most recent visit we also had the pleasure of having Ms. Morgan as our nurse and she, too, was amazing. So incredibly friendly, did a great job with my son, was efficient while maintaining the connection with my son. Who knew going to a doctor could be so nice?"
