"Have been a client with this office since 2012. Never had a problem as to politeness of the team members. Called today to schedule an appointment, and was presented with a whole cluster of condescending, nice-tone-offensive-wording remarks from the receptionist, phrased in the line of "we won't take your word for it" that I need an appointment soon; "you may not like it but that's how it works" that it would take months waiting. "Good luck finding another place," etc. They always used to take me in the same week, even most recently a few months ago. The lady said she would put me for a preliminary visit a month from now, and then it'll be a longer wait for the treatment appointment. I noted the treatment itself would actually take 3 minutes, and the response was "And we already talk for longer than that (not true --MK), and it's been too much, I am hanging up." And she hanged up! Isn't that incredible. I understand they may have a super-busy schedule at times (never happened before), but where do you get a receptionist that can't handle a simple booking without these antics?"
