"Only redeeming factor of this place is the maintenance men. They were very friendly and hardworking. Other than that, the front office was very nasty and demeaning. I have had many issues in the 2 years that I lived there (I moved out about 3 months ago). From the leasing office losing multiple packages (thankfully there’s an Amazon lockbox now and that didn’t happen again) and telling me that I was out of luck, the pool wrist bands being implemented, to the lock on the exterior door being broken for months on end. A huge part of the reason I decided to live there was the safety aspect. In the lease it says that in order to access the building you require a key fob to unlock the exterior door. In the 2 years I had lived there I believe the exterior door was actually locked for 2 months until it broke. They ended up replacing it with a traditional lock and keys about 2 months before we moved out. Over a year and a half with an unlocked door. They made us sign an agreement for the new keys, saying if it is lost it would result in rekeying the entire building and would cost $500. In the move, we did end up losing one key (completely on us). They said they would be charging us $500 to rekey the building. I still have friends that live in the apartment and I know for a fact that the exterior door does not have any lock on it AT ALL! For the last 3 months there has been no lock on the door. Where did our $500 go? Lastly, when you move out they will charge you for anything they possibly can. I didn’t get any of my deposits back, even though the place was spotless upon us moving out. We paid for the carpets to be cleaned. All in all, the apartments are beautiful but it is not worth how the front office staff treats you. They only care about their money, not guest satisfaction or safety! Update: We were able to come to an agreement on the charges post moving out, they were reduced but we still did not receive our deposits back. Glad the management was willing to work with us a bit though!"

"I love that everything has a modern, clean look. The common spaces are well maintained with great amenities. I enjoy having company over to grill and hit the pool. We always have a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always follow up with any of my requests that can't be solved immediately."

"Such a beautiful place. I love that they allow bigger dogs and have a dog run so dogs can be off leash. Not all places allow bigger dogs!! The amenities are fabulous. Great place to grill with friends and family. Maintenance is responsive and front staff friendly."

"The address galleria has the worst management team I have ever experienced with any company. The front office staff is nasty and completely unwelcoming. The rules of shared spaces are completely outrageous, the pool requires wristbands, of which only 2 are given per 6 member apartment. We asked the property manager, Brad, for more wristbands so our room could all attend the pool together, but Brad told us “that was the point.” Even though there was no one in the pool. The seating inside the complex closes at 9pm, even if you need a peaceful place to read at night. Each of the couple interactions I have had with Brad, he has been cold, impersonal, and offsettingly rude. He is the least welcoming property manager and makes the apartment complex I pay rent at feel as far from home as can be. The address galleria would be better without Brad."
