"Can never get anyone on the phone. My prescription refill was sent two days ago and I have a message that I need to call, but they won't answer the phone. Been on hold for over 50 minutes. But there's no point in going up there with it not ready. This has happened multiple times."

"They will not accept my "Valid"California State ID Every week trying to get my medicine is one of the 3 every week 1-We are out of stock 2-We only be able to partially fill it 3- Having issues with your insurance. I get the same medicine, same quantity same day, every week. I get sick when I don't have my medicine and what a surprise, they are out of stock again today. If I had transportation I would go somewhere else. Don't use this pharmacy"
