"I understand stores are short-staffed, but that shouldn't mean staff is rude. I have been to the pharmacy four times in the last 5 days and rudeness and sarcasm are the only constant at the pharmacy. I will change my Rx's to another (different) pharmacy. It is not worth the effort."

"My prescription was called in by my Dr.s office on 3/7 at 1pm. It was not ready to be picked up until 3/17. I asked the pharmacy cashier person why it took so long. She immediately got an attitude and threw my bag with the prescription in it at me. It has taken a lot longer to get prescriptions lately and I would like to know why. I am VERY disappointed with CVS and will be changing pharmacies."
"Just called this pharmacy, the first time someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, the second time I called I held for 30 minutes and got no answer, I understand being busy but a 30 minute hold is unacceptable even during a pandemic."
