Baymont by Wyndham Asheville/Biltmore Village

"Front Desk Services was good & everyone was so helpful & friendly, Room was clean, hot showers & comfortable beds, Price for the room was good, close to restaurants & Biltmore. Only negatives was biscuit & Gravy were cold & Air conditioning made louds when it was on but this won't keep me from going back. Overall I was pleased with our stay & felt safe to be there."

"Great hotel! Super comfy beds. Breakfast was awesome! Great water pressure in the shower. Less than 5 minutes from Biltmore entrance and 2 doors down from Texas roadhouse. Loved it!"

"The rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet both day and night. It IS located on a busy road, but the fan from the air conditioner blocked out the traffic noise and the traffic really wasn’t that bad throughout the night. The breakfast offered each morning was delicious. There was a little bit of everything; Biscuits and gravy, bacon, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, fresh fruit and more! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located within walking distance to Biltmore Village. There you will find quaint shops and restaurants as you walk down the cobblestone streets. The Biltmore House is only about a half a mile away. If you have a family member or loved one in the hospital, it’s really close as well."

"The desk person who checked me in was very friendly, professional and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Provided information on places to visit and eat during our stay. Definitely, a place to stay when you're in the area. The breakfast was good too! You won't be disappointed stay here."

"Other than the very busy road outside the hotel, this was the best place we stayed at during our eastward cross country trip. The only issue was exiting the parking lot; you have to be very patient or get very lucky. The rooms are big. We stayed in a double queen room. I liked the fact that breakfast starts an hour later and ends an hour later (7 AM - 10 AM, when we were there). Thankfully, they have a no pets policy, so the in room air conditioning unit was not spewing foul-smelling air. Other places definitely had a faint urine sour smell. This hotel smelled great. Pleasant vanilla and jasmine (IIRC) smell in the halls and rooms. The halls also played soothing classical music. The staff here is accommodating. If my next return trip takes me to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park again, I hope to book this hotel again. It's at least 30+ minutes away from the eastern side of the park, going via the Blue Ridge Parkway."
