"I could not say enough good about this folks. Everything was great,and the people were absolutely great people who really seemed to care more for comfort then money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the prices were more then fair. And it was within walking distance to anything that you would need."

"Rooms have seen better days especially on the top floor, reeks of drugs and the police are in and out of this place. This is the cheapest in town so you get what you pay for. Staff is excellent."

"This hotels mentality is...people will overlook alot if it's cheap. You will have to overlook alot to stay here. Black mold that has caused respiratory problems, roaches and bed bugs that are not properly treated for, broken and dirty furniture, soiled bed linens and towels, this is alot to ignore. They care nothing about the guest...just money."

"Room 202 is the nastiest room I've ever stayed in. Walls are busted. Needle cap and blood on walls. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Tv didn't work. Floors are dirty and sticky. Someone left a burger king crown on the light fixture. Do not recommend for women traveling alone. Seasonal workers hangout everywhere."

"We stayed a week at this motel. I definitely recommend staying here. The staff was so thoughtful and kind. The rooms were clean and large. They are very careful about non guests getting in the doors. Of course you can have a visitor but they have to be cleared by front desk. I will be staying there anytime I need a motel in Asheville. My thanks to the staff for making my stay so comfortable."
