The Center includes the John Blue House, the Heritage Village, the Carolinas Indian Museum, and the Agriculture & History Museum. The John Blue House, a rare example of Steamboat Gothic architecture, serves as the centerpiece of the NC Rural Heritage Center. The house, over 130 years old, is currently undergoing structural repairs, but the grounds and museums remain open to the public.

John Charles McNeil House
