"I have held insurance with Blinson for about 8 years. But, after being struck from behind and needing guidance to navigate the process Blinson was absent. It took nearly a year to resolve and communication was all one way. I was passed off to Erie Insurance to get through the process and Blinson only stepped in after I pleaded for more help because of Erie's non-responsiveness. The reason for hiring an agent like Blinson is for situations just like this when customers have to navigate complex insurance matters. We are not experts.
