"The one is munificent! Moreover, referred us to Coleman, I will not use Dr. before her name, she is absolutely the definition of deplorable."
"We waited two months for this appointment only to have the counselor not show up. They have clients wait outside (it was 37 degrees this morning and a lady didn't realize she would have to wait outside with her young daughter in the cold.) There was a perfectly good waiting room they locked us out of. A speech therapist was kind enough to let us in and give my 3 year old some toys to play with while we waited for an hour for the counselor, who just didn't show up. I called the office twice and no one answered or returned my voice-mail. Terribly unprofessional."
"Insurance and Billing procedures need lots of work. They don't know what to charge you when you're there, say the person who handles this will eventually get with you. You may get a statement after several months or like me, when you're trying to schedule the next appt for your son, they tell you they can't because you're fixing to be turned over to collections. To clarify, I was being turned over to collections without receiving a statement. Amy and Renee may be ok at what they do, but I would not recommend going here. Wilmington has far better options."
