"He will act like your friend, give you a call or text on his personal number day or night, but as soon as he has your business he will no longer talk to you and only go through secretaries who “will give him a message to call you back” and never does. They will cancel you once you file a claim with them. Caused me to have a lapse/gap in coverage time because of their poor communication and now I’m getting fines and fees for the lapse of coverage. Farm Bureau is good, this agency and Dallas Dutcher are not professional and should be shut down."

"I was rear ended by someone insured with Farm Bureau and had to fight with this company for them to pay the full amount for repairs. Finally after an escalation with the adjuster's (Kim Boley) supervisor (Bobby Avery) they FINALLY agreed to pay the full amount for repairs. After the repairs were finally made they failed to pay the full amount to Enterprise for my rental which resulted in a charge to my card. Currently in the process of having them correct their error, yet again. This office is very unprofessional and unorganized. Take your business somewhere else"
