"If there was a 0 star I would use it. This is what you get when you use Broach tours!! The Lincoln Charter School 7th grade is supposed to be in Chapel Hill at 10;00am. 2 late buses from because of mechanical issues to start the morning they leave at 8 not 7 like scheduled! At 10:12 the boys bus broke down outside of Mocksville N.C. still 60-70 miles from Chapel Hill. Broach Sports Tours does not and will not send a replacement bus! They are sending the other bus on the Chapel Hill to drop off the girls and return to get the boys! All the time the broke down bus limps down the interstate 25mph for 10min then has to stop for over heating. I call Broach Tours and am told a replacement bus is 18 miles away. I ask if they can call and have an officer park behind them with lights so if it gets back on the road at slow speeds it's noticed. The answer was NO..the replacement bus will be there before an officer would. I'm thinking well they must have sent a replacement bus after all.......Wrong. It is 12:00 and no replacement bus! A chaperone on the trip called and had an officer come and run lights. Now the boys are sitting on the hill on the side of the interstate still waiting on the replacement bus that dropped off the girls at 12:45 in Chapel Hill.....yes Broach Tours lied. They were not 18 miles away from picking up the stranded kids. Word to the wise......DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY!!!"

"Ok so let me tell you how awesome Broach Coach! (keep in mind I’m being EXTREMELY SARCASTIC) Our school announced to us that we were taking a senior trip to Orlando, FL. Naturally, everyone is over the moon about this trip- the trip cost around $700, so I went right to work doing fundraisers and taking donations. I paid for the bulk of this trip and my mother paid for the rest my fee until it was fully paid. Fast forward to the first week in the month of April, I told my boss ahead of schedule that I couldn’t work the first week of April because I was going to be in Orlando ,Florida but in reality, after waiting for these buses, I could have totally gone in today and have done my job and have been back in time before we left for Florida. Why you ask? Because we were supposed to leave the school at 6am, and all the students going on the trip had to be at the school at 5am so we could do bag checks and head counts I am currently writing this review at 5:32pm at my school year in the state of North Carolina because we are STILL at the school we have been at the school for 12 whole hours because we were told that the bus was broken down and that a new bus was coming but it never came only to be told that the broken bus could not be repaired, we had to eat lunch at the school and stayed literally the entire school day meanwhile our patience was being tested as they had no problem taking our money. We spent 12 hours wondering if we would be going on this trip or not and wondering if we were going to be paid back because we missed the entire first day of our trip in the spare gym waiting for a broken bus that was never going to come and when a bus did show up only one came while the other is currently still stuck in traffic. I had to wake my mom up at 5am in the morning and told her at 1:20pm that we never left and that we were still at the school and she was beyond livid because we BOTH paid money for this trip. I except to be paid back entirely for the day that’s been wasted waiting on a bus I should have been on but I’m just now getting on. Thats how great Broach Coach is Thank you for your time and reading this review. Because I’m probably still in the schools bus lot waiting to go to Florida."
