"This is a very unorganized working establishment. I used to work here and the mangers would put us to work and go to the break room and sit back there and takj for multiple minutes more than 30.They are very lazy and do not help out with work especially Thomas he is not very helpful when it comes too working and the staff overall needs to do better to work as a team! They would just have us working like slaves and won’t help much and it very unprofessional!"

"I lost my $40 in rewards because I had to exchange shoes that I ordered online for a different size. When I called customer service the representative gave me false and misleading information which caused more inconvenience and then hung up the phone when I called them out on it. The sad thing is I run a nonprofit that has a growing basketball program and ordered 16 pair of basketball shoes for my team with the plan of ordering at least 10 more for this season. The only thing that would make me purchase these last 10 is the fact that they are on sale here and being a young nonprofit, savings are extremely important. However if I can get another company to offer a discount, I’d certainly take my remaining business elsewhere."
