"I mistakenly had a watch battery replaced at one of the kiosks in the mall. They broke my watch trying to pry it open with a hammer and pick!!! I scooped up the pieces and went looking for help. Christian at Reeds managed to put my watch back together beautifully. When he went to set the time, we discovered the crown pin had also been broken! Christian sent my watch to the manufacturer, had it completely repaired, cleaned, and polished! When I asked what was owed for the repair, he said no charge!! I am grateful for Christian’s courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, and fantastic customer service! I’d suggest if you need a replacement battery, save a headache, skip the kiosks, and go see Christian at Reeds. They also carry really beautiful jewelry!!
