"Wish I could put zero stars. If you have a RV it can be good. Don't expect ANY amenities as it is a worn down, old and getting decrepit. There are no motel rooms as the owners use the one good building for storage. There are old cars parked everywhere that the owner bought and just parked. Doesn't even try to keep them up or repair them. The pool has been closed for 3plus years and there is dirty, stagnant water."

"Hoarder heaven is correct the place is a mosquito infested dump. It’s not that they help the locals the place is filled with their family. Don’t stay here the pool is stagnant and breeds mosquitoes. Also the constant noise of the family inhabitants coming and going all hours of the night. The road travels both sides of the cabin it’s like a track. If you want to exists outside you have to compete with the mosquitoes and junk cars. The inside is mediocre at best if your looking for a basic lean to this is the place to rest your head on a pillow. This place should be investigated by some code enforcement or fraud. I don’t feel like this place is a legitimate business."

"Resort???? How is this place not shut down yet? All it takes is a drive by and All the junk sitting around and trash cars and it's clear this is horder heaven. It's nothing but a waste of a beautiful piece of property."

"This place is a dump. Our cabin was flea infested. We were covered in flea bites. First cabin was filthy with broken water heater. air conditioner in the floor toilet about to fall in. Place should be condemned. If this place gets good reviews I would have to assume family and friends. 0 on the stars but it wouldn't let me go that low. They do have campers onsite with year round residents. It's cheap but not worth the cost."

"i was there in 2008 with a riding group. I found the place to be relaxing. the people were very nice to me. i liked the idea of not being out on the main road. nice clean units, rooms and cabins. I enjoy a family owned business."
