"The hot water would run cold randomly, the sheets were stained. There was a small complimentary lotion and conditioner bottle but no shampoo? Mold on the bathroom curtains. The devices on the ceilings were hanging by wires. At least our AC/heat, refrigerator, TV and microwave worked. They do have W/D machines that you can pay with quarters(not sure if they worked)They could definitely do better though."

"The hotel was advertised as having an indoor pool, hot tub, and ice machines. We chose Ramada over other hotels for our kids who enjoy the unique experience of swimming in the winter. Unfortunately the pool was broken and the hot tub drained. We also would have used the ice machines to fill the coolers before our ski trip... Which were also broken and had a shelving unit shoved in front of them. There were also folding beds shoved in the hallway during the extent of our stay as well. The parking lot is littered with storage containers, trash, and other unsightly things. We asked the hotel to refund a portion of our stay due to an inaccurate description of amenities. The hotel declined to provide any type of refund. There was no staff at the front desk. The only way to get a staff member was to ring a bell and they would "be there shortly" after ringing the bell. The snack bar was barren and there was random junk on the shelves. You can tell the ownership of this hotel is trying to squeeze every last drop from it before likely going bankrupt. Little concern for guest experience sadly... I also wouldn't trust all items in the Continental breakfast, the freshness of some items seemed a little sketchy. I hate writing negative reviews... but a little kindness from the hotel management would have gone a long way in this case. It's too bad too because the location is great...and with proper management/ownership this place would be great!"

"Cheap place to stay. The rooms are nice but the heated pool and spa are not heated and the gym is a walker and a bike. The walls are thin. The breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Front desk staff is not very helpful."

"The first room they placed us in had a broken lamp and tripped the breaker in the room. They moved us into a new room, the room was mostly clean. There was dried blood on the sheets. The toilet didn’t flush and the hot water wasn’t very hot and didn’t last more than 5 minutes at a time! The hot tub downstairs was completely empty and no sign on the door or information given about the pool area being closed. Lastly, the breakfast… the dining room wasn’t very clean. There was white toast, bagels, a few mini muffins, a couple packs of oats, hard boil eggs, and option to make a waffle. An overall bad experience! Could be a very nice hotel with some clean up and good customer service! Great location and nice balcony looking at the mountains! We will not be back though!"

"We haven't stayed here in a while. Thing have definitely taken a turn for the worse! Outlet in bathroom doesn't work so I'm about to wake up my sleeping family so I can find a working outlet to do my hair. Shower was freezing cold for about 20 minutes then got hot for 5 minutes then back to freezing cold! The TV doesn't work. The bed has a massive "hill" down the middle and is way too firm. The floor was more comfortable. The patio door hasn't been serviced in ages, the rollers aren't working so you have to man handle it to get it open. The ice machine doesn't work, we wonder why we have an ice bucket but can't get ice. The refrigerator doesn't work so our perishables will parish! We will NEVER stay here again! Highly recommend to STAY AWAY if you're looking for a good night rest! Update: notice their response is always the same and everyone has similar complaints! They don't care to make changes to actually address anything!"
