North Carolina Music Hall Of Fame
β ClosedThe North Carolina Music Hall of Fame, located at 600 Dale Earnhardt Boulevard in Kannapolis, North Carolina, is a museum and tourist attraction celebrating the musical heritage of the state. Recently inducted artists include Betty Davis, Bill Curtis, Fetchin Bones, George Beverly Shea, Loudon Wainwright III, and Scotty McCreery. Stephanie Mills, originally from Brooklyn, New York, has called Charlotte home for over 30 years. The Squirrel Nut Zippers, founded in Chapel Hill in 1993, and GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame members The Hoppers are also featured in the museum. Visitors can enjoy interactive displays showcasing the greatest artists in North Carolina history, as well as exhibits from pioneering older artists to memorabilia from today's well-known entertainers. The Hall of Fame offers free admission during regular business hours, with donations welcomed. Visitors can also explore real NASCAR and other race vehicles at the museum, shared with Curb Motorsports. It's a great way to spend time connecting and engaging with friends and family.
