"It was close to the beach and on top of that pet friendly so it was the perfect for me but I need to warn others( WOMEN in general) that have pets taking them outside is a little freaky stay in a lit area."

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! If there was a ZERO star option, it still would not be low enough to rate this place!!! The ONLY reason I booked here was because they were pet friendly. The presentation was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT upon entry into the building….purely disgusting. It more closely resembles an impoverished high rise as opposed to a hotel. When we walked into room 418, it was more of the same, grimy. NOTHING resembled the photo you see of the rooms on the website. I’m inclined to believe they are stock photos. The “fully equipped kitchen” consisted of a filthy rusty looking mini stove. The cabinetry looked like it had been built out of scrap wood. There were no dishes, flatware, or drink ware to be found. Amenities, forget about it, there were NONE. Because of our dogs and the time of night it was, we decided to just stick it out. As I was dozing off for the night, my husband announced that he had seen and killed a roach. The following morning, I woke up to a roach crawling on my cover and soon after killed another one in the bathroom!! That was three roaches too many!! We could not get out of there fast enough!! As we were heading out, I went down to request some garbage bags and found that there was no personnel on duty. As I was attempting to call them on the “hotel lobby” phone as the sign instructed, the lady who would be working the front desk was just arriving, at about 9:15a. She was annoyed that I was asking for something before she could get in the door good and also because I had the door propped open so I could get back in because it was broken and not opening with the key card. This was an ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING “hotel” that was far from worth the $190+ I paid for ONE night. When I informed the lady at the desk about their roach problem, she said no one else had mentioned it and that she would give me a partial refund, to the tune of 15%. The only thing I could appreciate about the place was that there was no carpet and they welcomed my dogs…that’s it!"

"Initial impression wasn't favorable as the floor was still puddled with water from moping despite it being after 3:00. I had to call down to the desk for a trash can as there wasn't one in the room. ESA is touted as a fully equipped room, however, there was NOTHING to use for eating take-out food (NO plates, utensils, cookware). The room had ONE plastic cup for use, it was located in the bathroom."

"The young girl that checked us in was very Kind and nice to us. She was polite, she was patient and more than willing to help with whatever we needed. I can't say the same thing about the girl that workEd On sunday morning (Aug27th). She wasn't not kind at all very rude. All I knew was getting my key fixed to get into the room. Because my son was in there Asleep I couldn't get into the room I was banging on the door and window to wake him up. Usually he wakes up. He didn't this morning, so naturally, as a mother I was worried and I wanted to make sure he was okay. There was a housekeeping or maintenance gentleman that was right here by side me like in the halloween and I asked him if he would be able to just let me in the room because the lady was obviously busy so He said absolutely No problem, doing it went over to my door. And then the lady pops her head out of one of the doors down the hallway And proceeds to YELL At the young gentleman that "he's not supposed to do that- Lady I said I would do it in a minute you need to wait. I'll be there in a minute." She did not care to hear my son is in the room by herself but I needed to get in the room. She didn't care to hear that. The first thing she says to me when she's finally ready. When I walk over to the front window? She asks who all was staying in the room. I said the same Two kids two adults that checked in the night before Last. She's 70 two, check out tomorrow at 11 AM. And that's my husband shows his ID. When we check in, we explained to the girl the situation with my husband's ID lost it and haven't been able to find it from past Two Weeks. We've been searching everywhere. We are not from here, so it's a process to get an ID. We are paid up. Without to September first, which would mean we were here for a whole week and paid a $100 cash deposit On top Of paying the room. It's absolutely no reason for her to be as rude as she was to me. And now she's making us check out, too?? We have a picture of his I d of both of our I ds on Our phone that we needed 4 food stamps, then I'm more than happy to show Her. This is never been treated like this ever. In a that no, for fast, that's not how you treat your guests. I've worked at several many hotels I know. That guy could have very easily opened the door for me. They Both know that I'm been staying at this hotel. She didn't even have to ask what room number. I was in when she had to redo my key. She already knew she just giving me a hard time. For whatever reason, it's an acceptable non professional. Cause I did not very much appreciate it so I wanted to make sure I got that out there because it was not right to treat me like that. I wouldn't want somebody like that working in my hotel. That would Draw people away from ever coming back to this hotel. Maybe that's just the type of person she is, and that's like how she is all the time. That's not the type of person You put at the front desk, you put happy. Friendly smiling faces at the front desk. I said quite a bit already. I don't need to get into the problems with the room, It was good enough. We appreciate It's not grateful for them letting us stay."

"Probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. All the staff we encountered were nice and friendly. The problem is the rooms and price for what you get. The room was dirty it looked like it was never mopped, walls where dirty. we had also booked a deluxe room but got 2 beds instead. The beds were at least done. No shampoo, no bodywash, only 1 small bar of soap and 3 towels. The room was a non-smoking room but still smelled like smoke as well as the hallway.checkout is at 11 but no staff available until 10am. Not sure how the cleaning staff is supposed to clean all the rooms by 3pm since the earliest time to check out is 10 am. The doors are supposed to be locked for our safety but the entrance door in the back is always open looks like the lock does not work."
