Fully Involved Vent Cleaning

"My house had an old style roof vent that was not correct for a dryer and as a result would build up lots of lint. Justin replaced it with a proper dryer vent and at less than one third the price quoted by another company. I was really impressed with the method they use to clean the duct. Rather than use a brush which can sometimes damage flexible hose or joints and possibly not reach all the way, they use air pressure. They feed an air hose from the outside vent all the way down the duct then turn it on and work it up the duct. This blows all of the lint up and outside which they then clean up. It’s fast and they don’t have to disconnect the dryer. Justin showed up on time and was very courteous and professional throughout the job. I highly recommend Fully Involved Vent Cleaning."

"Justin and Caleb replaced my dryer vent, replacing a flex duct that ran down one floor, through my crawl space and out under my porch! Now it's a straight line through the attic and up through the roof. They were polite, reasonable in price, and did a great job. If I could change one thing it would be if they could have put a plate of some sort on the hole left when the existing vent was disconnected (I know they don't do drywall patching). But overall -- great job, clean work site, and now I can bring them back to clean the vent regularly. They are firemen and will also do a fire risk assessment if you need one."

"This morning Fully Involved Vent Cleaning arrived on time and cleaned our dryer vent. Justin and Caleb were personable and efficient. They cleaned up afterward, and then offered to give us a fire safety talk (they are firefighters.) I especially appreciated the opportunity to learn about types and proper usage of fire extinguishers. They also offered to change batteries in our smoke/CO alarms, if we supplied batteries. Since we had recently performed this task, we declined, but appreciated the offer. We had them install a better quality connecting duct, because the old (flimsy) one had torn where it was clamped onto the dryer. We would definitely recommend this company!"
