"Went in for an oil change it took 1hour and 45 minutes. Craig the manager took my car around the back when I first arrived. There were two open bays in the front? Of course they found other issues and I said I haven’t any more time to spare. I asked Craig why did it take so long: 1and 45 minutes for an oil change. He got defensive and showed some aggressive behavior I was taken back a little. He said I didn’t have to come back. (I didn’t know he owned the place, I thought Morgan did)? I’m at a mechanic right now and he just showed me a nut and bolt that was deliberately stripped and bent and break pad missing on the front right tire…. Craig and I had some some trust issues early on from previous issues: he is taking it personal. I will look further into this legally. I surely hope the right person reads this and is able to prevent these thing’s from happening in the future. I was told this was a Jack leg place what ever that means I will not be going back"

"Went in for an oil change/replace a few lights(2)/stare inspection. On Saturday it’s first come first serve so I got there right when they opened. I waited for 3 hours….3! I also asked for them to give me full synthetic and I got regular. They were nice but this is unacceptable. First and last time going."
