We purchased one-of-a-kind gold earrings from an estate that were elegantly wrapped as a Christmas gift for my mother; she loves them! I was gifted a medical bracelet that was adjusted for size free of charge. I had a Tiffany's necklace chain repaired for $20, whereas I paid $50 for the same repair elsewhere.
