"If I could give 6 stars I would! I had been putting this off for a long time - I had a pile of jewelry that I never wore and/or was broken and was hoping to get a little money for it. But, I didn't know what to expect because I had never "sold" gold or silver before. I did a little research and decided to try JewelRecycle. When I got there, Gusuma went through my items one by one. She explained what she was doing through the entire process. She showed me why some things were worth more than others. And she was super efficient to boot! It was really interesting as well as a very pleasant experience."

Gusuma greeted us with a smile at the Chapel Hill store and patiently reviewed each piece while talking us through every step of the process. It was delightfully entertaining and educational. We were pleasantly surprised by the total at the end. Might we have gotten more if we’d taken the time to research and sell each piece elsewhere? Maybe. But it would require equipment and expertise we don’t currently possess, not to mention the extra time. This was fast, friendly and easy. I highly recommend."
