"I’ve had nothing but the best experience all around from living at Sand Ridge. From the ultra professional ladies in the leasing office Mrs.Vicari, Mrs. Keating and Mrs. Gonzalez. I’ve was able to move in and adjust seamlessly from my last place. Also want to praise the maintenance crew. They are on top of every request. Handle them in a timely manner and leaves your place just as spotless as they found it. I have recommended to a few friends to move here. I love my loft and balcony. The space allowed me to create a place of peace."
"Sand Ridge Apartments are beautiful. Beautiful landscaping, privacy and lots of closet spaces. Charming floor plans. The staff was most welcoming especially Shylene Keating. She is the perfect person for her position. She worked diligently to address our housing needs for our move to Wilmington. She is the ultimate professional and is a caring person. "The best place I've lived in Wilmington (~8 years). Very fair prices, and they are quick to address any concerns you may have. Office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. I have to shout out the office staff - both Marcy and Shylene have been incredible in my time here. Good luck finding truly fair pricing and good staff elsewhere."
"Spacious place for a reasonable price in Wilmington - which is hard to find! Less than 10 minutes from downtown. Less than 5 from the Pointe. And the nearest beach is maybe 20 mins. Shelby was nice, helpful and welcoming. Lots of pets around too which is nice!"
"These apartments are fine but they're way way overpriced for what they are. You have a lot of space and storage but their super outdated and maintenance isn't the most helpful. Ended my 3 years with them after they wanted to raise my rent $400 with no updates, stupid as hell. We only had the unit we had because of not wanting to move into an actively under construction building 3 years ago, and they offered us the nicer one no questions asked because what we were told we would receive was not the apartment they were trying to put us in originally. Again they're not bad just overpriced and shady tbh."
