"Dr. Severt and her team are OUTSTANDING! Every single person in the office is warm, caring, and helpful. Although I had braces as a teen, my teeth had shifted quite a bit and my bite was WAY off. Dr. Severt explained throughly the process using Invisalign and how they would correct my bite and straighten my smile. She and her team are VERY knowledgeable on Invisalign. And YES, they ONLY use Invisalign brand aligners. (Yes, she does regular braces too). I had several stubborn teeth that refused to move and she came up with a plan and the teeth did exactly what they were supposed to do...MOVE! Huge shout out to Betty...Betty is behind the scenes and the one that reviews your weekly scans (that you do from your own home), goes over them with Dr. Severt and tells you to move to the next tray or not. When I became very discouraged that my teeth were not tracking, Betty kept telling me I was doing everything right and that to trust the process. She ALWAYS responded to my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she consulted with Dr. Severt. Also, a shoutout to Jackie...Always SO sweet when I would come in for my check-ups whether or not she was the one working on my teeth that day or not. Just a ray of sunshine. Katelyn on the front desk is the absolute sweetest! She would call me if my refinements came in earlier than expected and would find a time for me to get in. The sooner you start, the sooner you will be finished. 21 months and I am FINISHED and couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr. Severt and TEAM!"
