Historic Rosedale
β OpenHistoric Rosedale, located at 3427 North Tryon Street in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a museum, park, and tourist attraction dedicated to preserving the history of the Frew, Caldwell, and Davidson families, as well as the enslaved and free African Americans who lived and worked on the land. The institution offers guided house tours on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays, allowing visitors to explore the historic house and surrounding buildings. The grounds are open Tuesday through Friday, with select Saturdays, from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Private house and garden tours can also be arranged by calling the office. In addition to tours, Historic Rosedale is available for event rentals, including weddings and celebrations.
