Cashiers Historical Society
The Cashiers Historical Society, located at 1940 State Route 107 in Cashiers, North Carolina, is a museum and store dedicated to honoring and protecting the historic past of Cashiers Valley. The society offers a variety of events and programs, including an exclusive screening of a documentary about the restoration efforts of a significant tree species, which will be held at the Albert Carlton-Cashiers Community Library on April 10th. The society also recently released the highly anticipated book, Faces and Places of Cashiers Valley, which has received multiple awards for its historical significance. The Cashiers Historical Society relies on the support of the community through financial contributions and volunteer support to preserve the legacy of this historic place for future generations.
