"If you enjoy the sensation of dental hygienists ripping your lips from your gums, injuring them so severely they hurt for weeks, and bleeding like the tides of Omaha beach from the extraordinarily rough flossing (all for a simple cleaning) then this clinic is for you!"

"Joel is one of the worst Army dental clinics I have ever been to. I had a serious dental issue going on for several months and the orthodontist said he had no idea on how to point me in the right direction for treatment other than referring me to the post orthodontist which he claimed to have done but never did. I was told to just deal with it. On one occasion I called and cancelled an appt for my exam then rescheduled it and I still got put down as a no show. The new appt was magically canceled out of nowhere. When asked about one of their policies that makes it mandatory for a soldier’s 1sg to book the next appointment after a “missed” one my LT was told its to “scare a service member into making their appointment on time under the threat of UCMJ”. If you can be moved to the Robinson clinic instead of Joel I highly recommend it!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would and that’s still being generous. Office hours sign on the door says they open back up at 1215. It’s now 1223 and still closed. One of the workers walked right by me and made eye contact. However, she just kept walking."

"The practitioners are great but the front desk, the no phone, and the horrible scheduling practices make this place bottom of the barrel for care. Oh and I'm formally letting you know that I'm not able to make my appointment that was changed to today so I guess it'll be another 3 months before I can get rescheduled. I called but obviously no answer. And since I don't work on Bragg I'll have to make a special trip to schedule and then likely be told the schedule is full and to come back again in a month to try again."
