"Well I hate to make this review. Actually it’s an updated review. This place was good to eat at, at one point and time. The price has went up and the food quality has went down. Portions got less as well. This time I ordered hibachi steak and mushrooms. Got home and I had steak and broccoli. With 10 tiny pieces of steak on the rice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where I believe. Not the place it once was."
"Food is very good, drive thru is fast. The downsides is the amount of food can vary immensely...and those carrots are way too sweet. I like candied carrots but these are carrots cooked in a cup of brown sugar. If it was a dessert, sure maybe, but I don't want it as a side for lunch"
"Use to be better. Last couple times I eat there i had to send back. A chicken plate should have more than 3 marble sized pieces of chicken. Nobody needs 3 cups of rice on there plate. For the prices they are charging I should not leave hungry. I hope they improve. Waitress could learn to come around other than taking order if they like tips. Bathrooms most definitely needs more cleaning and more often than once a week. Hope they improve."

"Koto’s was a great restaurant. The food was delicious. I was surprise buy the flavor and quality of food. I was out of town when I stopped by Koto’s. I already miss and can’t wait to go back. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant even has its own drive through pickup option. I think most restaurants should have the drive through feature. I will definitely be going back here in the future!"
