"Bug infested... audio and video surveillance understandable in public openings very questionable in (private) areas.... will Owners threaten you at any given moment... not to mention change their minds in less than a second without any fair warning.... all around very hostile and disrespectful people!!!!!! Do not suggest this Torture on anyone.... total change from the 1st visit to the last.... Smug, great facade they put on!!!! HATS-OFF!!!!"

"I currently live here and the place used to have a bad rep but I have never had any issues with management. Never had any issues with tenants and for all these whiners where are you gonna find a place to live all your bills included for under 500 a month. If you think you can you probably ride the short bus"
"I moved here from another town traveling home from my doctor and stopped in and spoke to the new owners. They showed me an open room that was available and I tried it out for a month. That was 5 months ago and I am still here and very satisfied. I do not plan on moving anytime soon."
"New Management has made major improvements. Every last problem that plagued the place is gone and in fact there are several notable improvements such as Wi-fi and a game room."
