"I enjoy using Hilton many times but I’ve had much better experiences from garden inns. I’ve had better experiences at Hampton Inns actually. It’s ridiculous that breakfast is not complimentary with stay. Also having to pay for water as a status member is insane. Every other Hilton I stay at provides me with as much water as needed as it should be when using a Hilton property as my choice of hotel. I believe for the rest of the year I’m gonna have to use Marriott."
"The staff is very friendly; however, If you are traveling and are expecting an indoor heated pool and/or a hot tub and you’re paying extra to stay at that location, it would be a really good idea to have a staff member physically walk in there and make sure it’s working before arriving and not be surprised during the middle of your visit. Also, they changed my rate after arriving at the hotel, even though I already paid with a credit card over the phone. They told me I was quoted wrong over the phone so my price went up."
"The hotel is very nice. It seems newer and the rooms are updated. I did have a couple of issues at this hotel. They changed my rate in the middle of my stay without informing me until I checked out and refused to honor the rate I booked. I am a Diamond member and they also no longer offer complimentary breakfast, but give you a credit for breakfast that does not include a full breakfast. To me, that just seems like a cheap way to do business with your most valuable customers. I gave it 2 stars because I would probably choose to stay somewhere else if I had to come back to Fort Liberty for work."
"Very nice hotel. The cleanness was impressive. Nice bar, it's small but workable. I had no idea that I could have received a state employee discount you don't know until you arrive which sucks because who carries their badges on them while traveling if it's non work related. I will stay here again. No complaints at all."
