Located at 135 East Fisher Street in Salisbury, North Carolina, The Norvell is a renowned theater institution that has been celebrating 10 years of all-youth productions. Students are actively involved in every aspect of production, from ushering and concessions to sound, lighting, and backstage crew. In addition to the 5 mainstage shows at the Meroney each season, The Norvell also produces 5 youth shows each year. The first 3 productions are performed for both the public and students of the Rowan Salisbury School System. Area students have the opportunity to see the shows as a "field trip" with their school, write reviews, and even get published in the Salisbury Post.
