Cove Creek Falls is a stunning 50-foot waterfall located in the Southern Pisgah National Forest near Brevard, North Carolina. Visitors can enjoy a pleasant 2-mile round trip hike through the forest to reach this natural wonder. The trailhead is located at the Cove Creek Group Camp parking area off Forest Road 475, just past the Pisgah Center for Wildlife Education and the State Fish Hatchery. The hike is moderate and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. The trail to Cove Creek Falls starts at the gated road next to the campground sign and follows along the creek. Visitors can choose to cross the creek or take a footbridge to continue on the trail. The trail passes through the woods with a slight ascent, eventually leading to the multi-tiered cascade of Cove Creek Falls. The falls are usually flowing well and provide a peaceful and scenic spot to relax and enjoy nature.
