"Just from calling this location alone told me enough of how they must treat customers regardless of the other reviews I saw. I called with the intention of finding out if they had a promotional sale going on. An employee named Donna answered the phone and I proceeded to ask her about it. To my surprise she bluntly stated, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” in almost what sounded (to me as a consumer) in a condescending tone. The rest of conversation she was blunt and just overall unpleasant. I believe you can tell a lot about a person from the way they talk whether it’s over the phone or in person. After this interaction, I have no desire ever going to this location. I’ll take the extra time to find a location with different employees."

"This is the new Napa Store. In Belmont. Actually a very nice kept up store. The old store is pretty much in a strip mall. What's an easy to get to it all. Got their Went in. Got what I need it and left. Staff was helpful."
