"I sent back a product under warranty and the package was lost by FedEx. This was 5 months ago! They filed the claim incorrectly twice and refuse to release the claim so I can take care is it myself. They are now claiming that they have ran out of time to file the claim, which fedex has told me multiple times that it isn't the case. Horrible customer service. I recommend strongly to buy from someone else. They go by Components Plus on ebay. I'll be escalating this issue with American Express, PayPal, Ebay and the BBB. Crooks like these shouldn't be in business."
"They are listed under Components Plus on eBay. They never shipped my item until I escalated to PayPal to get my money back 10 days later. Then I asked for a refund, and never got anything back from them. I emailed them through eBay 5 times and no response ever. They have a number for you to call and here I sit for a second time waiting and waiting. They clearly do not care about customer service. The auto attendant is laughable, as it says "our fastest times will be via the other marketplaces or via email and we have to give our customers the same undivided attention that I require" I am pretty sure they are not concerned with returns or owning their mistakes."
