"Well first off the name suggest fast service. Not in the case of this company. Came with my brother who had an appointment at 12:45 today because he isn't feeling well. We got here early and he checked in. The lobby is packed people have been waiting for hours. No one is being seen. I have watched people come in and out talking about not being seen. He has told me people that had appointments from before his are still waiting and some have left. How can a place make appointments for healthcare and not honor them? That's beyond comprehension. I would rate negative stars if possible. If you are sick or need to be seen go to the Emergency Room not Fast Med Urgent Care. * After waiting for over two hours they were turning people away till Tuesday. We left and came to Atrium Urgent care"

"I wish Google had a way of leaving zero stars as this urgent care facility deserves one. I made an appointment for a specific time. When I arrived at this location there was a line of men signing up/in for an appointment. I asked the receptionist where someone with an appointment needed to go/stand; she stated "get in line." She asked for my name, which was given. She then stated that she would need my insurance card and a photo ID so that she could make a copy. I told her that I had my insurance card. She informed me that without a photo ID I could not be seen. First, there is no mention of that requirement online when making an appointment. The website states under visit instructions "Please bring any insurance information and a copayment if required by your insurance company." Nothing...nada...zilch is said about the requirement to bring photo ID. If a company is going to refuse service based on a requirement, it would be beneficial if that information was disclosed PRIOR to an appointment. Second there are many individuals that do not have photo IDs. Are they refused care at this facility? Additionally our state doesn't even require photo IDs for voting so why does an urgent care facility need one? I told her I could show her mine but due to my personal information being compromised by 4 medical facilities I've used in the past, I didn't want a copy to be made. She said I would have to. I asked to speak to a manager. When the young woman came over she stated the exact same policy. When I tried(emphasize on tried) to explain that I had contacted my insurance carrier concerning this same issue and that they had stated no identification was required to receive care, the woman raised her voice, interrupted me, and told me that I could provide a picture ID or I could leave. I was shocked and disappointed that a medical company would rather stick to an unwarranted policy than to provide medical treatment. I would NEVER EVER go to this facility for medical care as they are much more interested in policy than a person's health."

"I got Covid tested and they shoved it so far up my nose on both sides I was bleeding then got antibiotics for a upper respiratory infection only to have them right my prescriptions wrong and ignore phone calls from me and the pharmacy for hours had to drive back in person to find no one was up front they were in the back partying that’s why they weren’t answering the calls from Walgreens it’s taken 5 hours to get them to correct there mistake poor service over all 1 out of 10 do not recommend. Whatever is going on with you don’t go hear nothing but problems."

"We are in town for a Company event. My husband had to do a drug test. We arrived at 4pm on 12/15 and the front desk rep was rude expecting us to know they stopped at 2 for drug testing. We’re from SC we’re only going by the instructions his job gave him. If you’re gonna adjust your schedule at least let your clients know. So they won’t be sending their employees for nothing. We were advised to come back next day. 12/16 we are here at 8am and 2 employees show up and locks the door. Stating they are waiting for another employee to show up. It’s now 8:10 and we are still sitting in our vehicle waiting. At 8:15 am one of the employees then tells us it’s gonna be another 15 mins before I’m assuming whoever runs the front desk gets in.!Why not cross train your people so that customers are not just sitting and waiting because your staff not on time. Good thing this is a one time visit for us."

"Worst service ever. I was there right at 8am when they open. I was greeted with my computer isn’t up and I can’t do anything yet. I asked if I could wait and was told, again that the computers aren’t up and she couldn’t do anything. I was willing to wait but was s greeted coldly. I did ask her if going somewhere else would be more convenient for her. She let me know of two other urgent care facilities near by. I would skip this place. The rudeness is just not worth it."
