"My 6 year old daughter has been impacted since before Christmas. We have done everything in the world for her to try and use the bathroom. I took her to her primary care doctor who is NOVANT and amazing. Her primary care physician ordered X-rays and found her to be impacted. We were told to get her to Brenner’s Children’s Hospital since they are staffed and equipped to handle the situation. So we get to Brenner’s and we got taken into a room and another X-ray done and then told to go back home and do the very same thing we have been doing for weeks that hasn’t gave our daughter any relief. So then when we get ready to leave my husband gets our car keys from the valet attendant and goes to get our car and they left my windows down for anyone to have taken important paperwork out of my car and also my daughters dvd player off the back of the seat. I am so very disappointed and disgusted with this entire establishment!!! We will never utilize this establishment again!!!"

"Overall we have had a wonderful experience at this hospital. We did have issues in radiology with a NG tube being replaced. We had a 915am apt and took them about hour and half to finally get right supplies then they didn't even place it post pyloric cause they didn't have the right supplies to do so. The secretary there is wonderful and so was the tech the doctor however I wouldn't recommend. We have been inpatient three times and every time the staff is great we have only ran into maybe one nurse who we were frustrated with past that we feel the care has been great. We see the gastro dept and well my daughters first doctor I would not recommend half the time she would be talking about a diff child thinking it was my child and she def takes her sweet time with things however the dept listening to me and swapped her doctor out so I am glad my concerns were heard and handled. The pediatric surgery team is my fav above all. Our experience with them has been excellent and I wouldn't want my kid having surgery anywhere else!"

"Obviously everyone's experience is that of their own reading previous comments. Aside from two nurses who attempted to be arrogant with their care, but after speaking with them & the Charge Nurse they quickly became sweet as pie. The 8 day stay with my 10month old was nothing short of utmost care, compassion & attentiveness. Whenever I needed to advocate for my son in regards to treatment, I was heard & followed. If they felt otherwise, thorough explanation was given as to why it was best to go about it the way the hospital needed to. Giving me peace of mind & trust in the staff caring for my son. If I had the means to gift everyone to show my gratitude other than with words, I surely would do it. They cared for my baby as if he were their own. You could tell by the way they spoke, encouraging his healing when seeing him. I do agree with the consistent air flow being a bit much on ones nasal passage, but we were placed in a room where I could control the temp thankfully. So that helped to a degree but I still ended up with a sinus infection due to the excess air flow. But I'd much rather have excess air flow than no air flow considering it's a hospital. Overall, I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else for my sons recovery. It was a traumatic experience that the entire staff were like angels smoothing out the rough waters of it all until my baby was back in the clear. May they all be blissed abundantly the way they blissed my son & I."

"Horrible hospital. I’m a patient at Brenner Children’s hospital and let me say this is not a good hospital. They will intentionally make the patients uncomfortable so they will want to leave. I’ve asked several times for the air conditioning to be repaired because it constantly blows cold air. They also refuse to bring any gaming console due to the fact that it will make you too “Comfortable”. Not to mention they are not honest to any of the patients or parents. They will do anything to just push you out of here. Jacob and Taylor are the only nurses who are great. Look, if your gonna intentionally make anybody uncomfortable here, at least be honest about it."

"My son was admitted on 12/05/2023 the only room they had available is n the ninth floor was room 924 so please DO NOT let them admit your child in this room it horrible this is not a mental hospital but the only room they had left was this room they call it the safety room so this room s to me abuse to put a child in this room with the pictures I took I’ll show you the phone does not work the bathroom door does not close theses s big gap above the bathroom door there’s no seat on the toilet the sink in the bathroom does not work these no chain on the shades so they are up , this room needs to be closed any child would be depressed being in here, the air flow is constantly blowing hard in here and never shuts off the air and s so dry it definitely dries your noise out ask for a humidifier and did not get one for this room"
