"I love this office. I’ve been going for a few years. My mother has been going here for decades. Dr Saliba is the best dentist. Catherine is the best hygienist. I had a pre cleaning appointment. Usually that’s X/-rays and I get sent on my way. Not the case here. Dr. Saliba did an in depth inspection of my teeth and gums. Every. Single. Nook. And. Cranny. It was amazing! I’ve never learned so much. He’s very kind and is a soft deliverer of important information about your teeth. I’ve been an every 6 months cleaning person my whole life. But no one has ever shown me what was happening in my mouth. It’s changed my oral health for the better! Catherine is also a wiz! I’ve gone to places that claimed to be fancy and have the best staff. She runs circles around them. She’s also a soft heart and asks me questions when she’s not cleaning. I appreciate that haha. The front staff are also wonderful. The fish tank when you walk in is cool. Grab an appointment!"

"Two stars because I rated the office as a whole. Dr Tucker would have received a 4 star by himself because of the knowledge and understanding of dental work. The front office.....no stars. I suppose to have braces put on and went in for my 1st visit after consultation which cost $350 up front. I checked in and she sent me to the other window to pay my $350. I waited 30 minutes and went back up to see what was the hold up, THEY NEVER CHECKED ME IN; however they were quick to swipe my card for $350. I politely asked for my money back and left. If the service is like this up front, this lets me know I can take my business elsewhere. I didn't take a lunch and had to travel back to work (which is 30 minutes to and from) to make this time up. I think we should get have a policy on waiting to be seen. This was very unprofessional."

"I was warmly welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office. My wait time to see the dentist was about 15 minutes. Dr. David saliba and his assistants are excellent. I had a filling worked on and a crown for another tooth. I came back the next day and the crown was sited. It fit perfectly. I didn’t have any adjustment time. It felt like I had never been to the dentist. This is the best dentist appointment I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend University Dental Associates and Dr. Saliba. A JOYful customer!"

"Enter Atrium Health from the Miller St., upper level deck entrance. UDA is up the staircase and at the end of the hall on the left. Friendly, courteous, patient staff. Made sure we understood everything about upcoming procedure. Highly recommend."
