"I was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED in my visit at this dentist office! I had to have 2 teeth extracted so I was referred to the office by another office since I needed it done as soon as possible. My first time calling the office to schedule my appointment I was placed on hold for 20-25 minutes by the receptionist which was outrageous. When I came in for my consultation, the dental assistant was amazing and very polite, but the Dr came in reviewed my x-rays and told me what my options were and I was told to let her know what I wanted to do and she left me with the dental assistant and moved on. I didn’t feel like she had good bed side manners and I felt rushed and not considered at all during my appointment. No one gave me a prescription for the antibiotic that I was supposed to start taking for my procedure so when I came back a few days later to have the teeth extracted and it was very traumatizing. I was awake for the whole thing. She pulled my teeth and left the dental assistant to finish up. There were no aftercare instructions or anything. The “aftercare package” that they gave me after my procedure was a paper with aftercare instructions and 4 gauzes!! THATS IT! There were tooth and bone fragments left at the extraction sites and I still have a piece of the bone sticking out of my gums 2 weeks later. The receptionist needs help and I strongly recommend that the staff learn good bedside manners and learn how to treat patients. I will never return to this office!"
