"Never really been impressed with this hotel chain but this experience has taken it off the map for me. Walked in to simply inquire about a hotel, and because I walked in from the street the lady made a bunch of assumptions about me and said she wouldn’t even consider renting to me. I make $800 a week.. I just moved here from Maine for work but don’t have a house yet. The lady was incredibly rude a simple conversation was all that was necessary, but she used it as a chance to attack me and get ugly with me. For no reason! I didn’t even care if I got the room or not I was just being polite and asking a question. Abysmal experience and you guys need better staff. The amount of negative energy from this person requires I will be following up with a manager. Just be nice people it’s easy. I don’t care about the outcome there are plenty of hotel… I care about how awful I was treated the way this person spoke to me. Childish."

"Quick and easy check-in! Very clean and great customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the location is close to everything. One of the nice personal touches is the thank you card they give you when you check in. There is plenty of parking and free breakfast. Definitely worth the stay and I will be back!"
"From the breakfast to the happy hour that was offered free with your stay, this place is stellar. The employees were professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had the best time at this hotel. From the young lady who worked at the makeshift happy hour bar, who was lovely and provided us with wonderful Wilmington restaurants to try to the lovely service staff, who kept our room and the facility spotless, this hotel was incredible. It is situated right on the main road, so accessibility to the beach, downtown and shopping was perfect."
"Everything about the hotel was exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay for our beach trip. The staff was efficient and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy. The free breakfast was good. Pool was always clean when we went. Amazing location as well! All the restaurants and grocery stores are not even a minute away. We loved our stay."
