"Exceptional service, convenient location just off 95 southbound. The rooms were in excellent condition and mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Free breakfast was terrific - bread, rolls, pastries, fresh juice, fruit, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, coffee and juice. For our evening meals we had several choices within 5 minutes of the hotel. Fabulous stay. We will be back."

"Yeaaaa highly DO NOT recommend. We drove from SC for an event at 4pm. We checked in at 347, dropped our bags off and left. Got a call that my grandfather passed away, headed back to the hotel and asked to check us out because of this. I was told that they couldnt check us out because theres no manager to check us out. I asked for either a full or partial refund because we werent physically in the hotel between the hours we were gone. This was denied. The continued to say we had access to the room no matter what but i have told them to check the cameras and see we LEFT at 4pm to attend our event. I will not ever stay at a Hampton Inn again specifically this one as the Assistant manager was super rude in “explaining” their process. Apparently even if u aren’t physically in a room… your spirit occupies it lol and i recommend any and everyone to stray away from it because if an sudden emergency comes up they wont even give a partial refund.*update* when i spoke to the manager and the front desk agent Mack inlet them know there was a death in the family. we get as a manager you have to take up for your staff members up front but behind the scenes they get reprimanded. Nonetheless you need to go back to school/andor training in customer service. The fact that an emergency can happen, tapes arent checked that we left 15min after arriving and NOTHING can be done is crazy. And you guys weren’t overbooked or anything"

"Everything was great (clean, friendly, great hot breakfast included). Only odd thing is that the floor plan from the lobby to the 1st floor is a small elevation difference, which means waiting on the elevator if you're handicapped or use the luggage cart. Would definitely stay here again."
