"I was on a road trip and warning lights went off. Normally I take my jeep to the dealership for service. Stopped to the location right after the South Carolina border and they did the mini diagnostic but said they were too busy due to the holiday weekend. It’s Wednesday, the weekend isn’t here yet. I called the Pineville Jeep and they said they were booked until Sept 21st. I drove to Hi Tech Auto and they diagnosed, ordered parts, and did the work in 3 hours. I highly recommend them. The staff was friendly and professional! I tried to tip the young man, Christopher, after he was kind enough to drive me back to my hotel, and he declined. Great Service!"

"These prices are only for those uneducated about anything regarding cars and for that reason are highway robbery of people who are most vulnerable. I had a diagnoses done something that is usually done for free although I feel like 50 to 70 dollars for simply driving it around a plugging in a code reader should be enough ,He wanted 150$ for that. So he reasoned it was the coilpack and I feel like he was correct. Close to a 1000$ and once I took off everything I knew I didn’t need like air filter and fuel injector cleaning it was 750$ . Said the cheapest it could be would be 250$ for the coil pack look on line coil pack and spark plugs are 125$ and it’s a 30 minute job . Wanted 500$ in labor . This guy must have his doctorate degree to be making 150$ an hour. I didn’t have a memory chip in my dash cam but he still unplugged it which is suspicious most don’t pay it any mind but sure no one likes being looked at. I am sure this guy knows what he’s doing , but he also knows what he’s charging and that’s wrong . The reviews here look fake as well so don’t trust the positives ."
