"As usual, the service was excellent. I arrived at the shop by 8:30am and my car was on the rack by approximately 9:00am. I decided to wait and by a little after noon the repair was complete and I was on my way. The only negative of the day, was that I couldn't put the top down on my BMW convertible and enjoy the ride home. - It was too cold . A&M Auto Service is the only repair shop that I trust to take care of my 2001 BMW. To the entire staff of A&M, thanks and keep up the good work. Chuck Callahan"
